Co-founder Victor Padilla is a highly respected International lawyer. He is the company's legal counsel and is a focused, results-driven individual with a strong background in corporate law. He has a proven track record of successfully scaling startup ventures as well as leading the legal team for big corporations
OMAR SUTTON
Co Founder
Omar Sutton is an experienced Environmental Advisor who has worked for HJ Investment Group, HJ Property Management corp. of NJ, and for the Democratic Nominee for Maryland State Senate Roval Washington. He is dedicated to philanthropy, and has successfully launched radio and video Ad campaigns that have reached over 3 million people to raise awareness about Sickle Cell Blood Disease.
Andre Johnson is a co-Founder of PTR Solar and has a strong background in supply chain operations, procurement, contracting, and program management. He has managed budgets of over $145 million and has received high ratings and accolades for his logistical expertise during his time in the US Army. He received multiple awards for his leadership and achievements during his eight years of service.

Garson Silvers is an entrepreneur, author, technocrat, and advocate for sustainability. For the past 40 years, he has also been instrumental in incorporating and testing current clean technologies in many investments within real estate developments, energy generation, and manufacturing. He has also been instrumental in co-creating several sustainable systems and products backed up with a degree in geography and environmental studies.

Co-founder Jasmine Moyer is a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a strong background in corporate management. Jasmine went to Florida A&M University and graduated at Baker College with a degree in Occupational Therapy. She took her degree and started several independent businesses fin various fields related to healthcare. Jasmine has a proven track record of successfully setting up startup ventures in several business industries.

OUR MANUFACTURER
ALMADEN MOROCCO
Our manufacturer is Almaden Morocco, headquartered in Al Hoceima, on Morocco’s Mediterranean coast. ALMADEN MOROCCO is the only African American-owned solar panel manufacturer in the world. The factory spans at approximately 7000 m² of production and warehouse area and employs a local workforce of about 100 persons to oversee the operation. Supplied with the most advanced and European certified production equipment, this factory is designed to produce the most premium glass-glass modules suitable for the harshest environments (extreme hot or cold). The factory also has the capabilities to produce bifacial modules with higher efficiency, generating energy from both sides. The series of double glass Almaden modules are available for all of PTR SOLAR's CLIENTS for international shipment.
